ARENGY, an IT-Digital and Engineering Consultancy Company, is looking for an experienced V&V Manager to ensure the efficient preparation and execution of integration, verification, and validation (IVV) activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the success of various global projects by overseeing the IVV strategy and managing test campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall IVV strategy.

• Prepare and execute tests according to the strategy.

• Develop the integration tree, consistent with the system release plan.

• Identify test equipment, including specialized tools and calibration requirements.

• Plan, estimate, and monitor IVV activities.

• Define operational scenarios and establish validation criteria.

• Conduct test campaigns, analyze results, and ensure requirements are verified.

• Manage writing and updating of integration and verification test procedures.

• Monitor test progress and ensure schedules are met.

• Lead customer demonstrations and manage fault finding/errors (e.g., JIRA).

• Ensure customer expectations are met through meticulous planning and execution.

Qualifications:

• Master of Engineering degree in Aeronautical/Space/Railway Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in engineering (design, development, tests).

• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams and projects.
