VP – Private Equity | Full-Time | Dubai

Job Overview:

Charterhouse is seeking a highly experienced VP – Private Equity to join a diversified local investment group in Dubai. The newly formed Direct Investments Team focuses on private market transactions, including Primary, Secondary, Mezzanine, and LBOs, to diversify their investment portfolios. This role provides an excellent opportunity to lead global transactions across multiple sectors while shaping the investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Investment Strategy & Deal Execution: Work closely with the Head of Investments to develop the team’s investment mandate and thesis.
✔ Full Deal Cycle Management: Lead transactions from origination, execution, and due diligence to portfolio management.
✔ Broad Investment Exposure: Engage in a wide range of transactions across multiple industries and geographies.
✔ Market Expansion: Drive regional and international deals, particularly across Europe and North America.
✔ Strategic Growth: Play a key role in shaping and expanding the investment team’s vision.

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 10+ years of experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking (IB background preferred).
🔹 Strong exposure to private market transactions (Primary, Secondary, Mezzanine, LBO).
🔹 Experience managing deals across the GCC, Europe, and North America.
🔹 Expertise in financial modeling, due diligence, and strategic investment planning.
🔹 Ability to work across various industries without sector specialization.
