We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused VP of Consumer Platform Engineering (B2C) to lead our consumer technology organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end tech strategy across web, mobile, and backend platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for millions of homeseekers.

🚀 Strategic Leadership

• Drive the overall technology strategy and execution for web, iOS, and Android platforms.

• Lead the development of scalable and secure real estate solutions.

👥 Team Management

• Manage multiple engineering teams across frontend, backend, and mobile disciplines.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and rapid delivery.

🎯 Product & Platform Ownership

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to align on consumer needs.

• Oversee the technology stack:

  • Frontend: React

  • Mobile: Native iOS & Android

  • Backend: Golang microservices

📊 Scalability & Performance

• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across platforms.

• Champion continuous improvements in search, personalization, and transactions.

📈 Metrics & Delivery

• Define KPIs for engagement, retention, and feature adoption.

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality consumer features.

Required Experience:

✔ 12+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in leadership (Director/VP level).
✔ Proven experience managing large-scale consumer platforms (marketplaces, e-commerce, or portals).
✔ Deep expertise in React (frontend), native iOS/Android (mobile), and Golang (backend).
✔ Strong people leadership, with a track record of building high-performing teams.
✔ Experience in system design, architecture, and performance optimization.
✔ A data-driven mindset with a passion for user-centric innovation.
