About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Customer Experience & Digital Transformation to lead customer engagement strategies and drive digital innovation. In this role, you will enhance customer satisfaction, optimize digital platforms, and spearhead transformation initiatives to ensure seamless and innovative customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement.

  • Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization, ensuring customer needs drive decision-making.

Digital Transformation & Innovation:

  • Optimize digital platforms (web, mobile, social media) to create smooth and engaging customer experiences.

  • Implement cutting-edge technologies, including AI, automation, and self-service solutions, to enhance digital interactions.

Project Leadership & Change Management:

  • Lead digital transformation initiatives, ensuring successful execution and adoption of new processes.

  • Oversee large-scale projects, working closely with internal teams to drive efficiency and innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Advocacy:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to identify opportunities for service enhancements.

  • Represent the company at industry events, contributing thought leadership and sharing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5-8 years of experience in customer experience, digital transformation, or related fields.

  • Strong expertise in AI, data analytics, and digital solutions to enhance customer engagement.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Experience in the utilities sector or similar industries is a plus.
