This full-time, on-site role is crucial in driving an engaging customer experience by implementing creative and visually compelling merchandising strategies. The role involves planning and executing seasonal layouts, visual displays, and product placements that influence customer behavior and support the brand’s commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute eye-catching and brand-aligned visual merchandising displays in stores.

• Implement seasonal floor plans, new launches, and in-store floor layout changes.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to manage the installation and production of visual assets.

• Ensure all visual merchandising aligns with Majid Al Futtaim’s brand and marketing guidelines.

• Stay updated on the latest VM trends and customer preferences to enhance the shopping experience.

• Maintain strong collaboration with marketing, logistics, merchandising, and store teams.

• Manage and install store signage as per commercial visual standards.

• Be cost-conscious while contributing innovative and creative merchandising ideas.

Skills & Requirements:

• High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.

• 3–5 years of experience in visual merchandising or fine arts.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Fluent in English.

• Passionate about retail trends and visual presentation.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
