DOLCE&GABBANA, a global leader in luxury fashion, is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing high-quality visual merchandising strategies across multiple locations while ensuring brand consistency and maximizing commercial impact.

You will collaborate closely with in-store teams and retail management, monitor product performance, and deliver compelling visual presentations aligned with marketing campaigns and new collection launches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement visual merchandising strategies per brand guidelines and adapt them to regional commercial needs

• Collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth execution of VM updates and rotations

• Conduct regular walkthroughs and provide feedback based on sales and customer reactions

• Support visual aspects of marketing events and window installations

• Provide monthly VM training to store teams on standards, maintenance, and changes

• Adjust merchandising based on sell-through performance and commercial feedback

• Plan and execute VM for new product launches, including window redress and in-store displays

• Create and submit monthly VM reports and visuals to regional and HQ teams

Requirements:

• University degree

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury fashion retail

• Creative, communicative, and a strong team player

• Flexibility to work late hours and travel across the region when required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus)
