Salary: AED 24,000 to 25,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
About the Client:
A renowned retail group in Dubai, highly regarded within the GCC for its expanding international portfolio of high-end women’s fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the visual presentation of retail spaces, from storefront designs to in-store displays, ensuring a cohesive and luxurious brand experience.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between visual imagery and promotional/seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee the styling and photography of product images on the e-commerce platform, maintaining consistency and delivering high-quality visuals.
• Manage a team of visual merchandisers, stylists, photographers, and designers, creating a creative and collaborative atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Age: 38 years and below
• Bachelor’s degree in design, marketing, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising/creative direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the e-commerce or retail industry
• Prior experience working with luxury or premium fashion brands
