ATT Travels LLC is looking for a Visa Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to clients on visa applications, documentation, and regulations. This full-time, on-site role involves liaising with embassies, managing applications, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure smooth travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Advise clients on visa types (tourist, business, work, etc.), eligibility, documentation, processing timelines, and costs.

• Assist clients in preparing and submitting accurate documentation to reduce rejections.

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.

• Keep clients updated on application status and communicate additional requirements.

• Resolve complications such as delays, missing documents, or rejections efficiently.

• Stay updated with visa regulations and travel advisories.

• Collaborate with the travel team to align visa processing with bookings.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, International Relations, Law, Hospitality, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in visa consulting.

• Strong understanding of visa laws, documentation requirements, and UAE-specific procedures.

• Excellent verbal and written English skills; fluency in Arabic is a plus.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and workflows simultaneously.

• Adaptable to changing regulations and flexible working hours.

• Familiarity with visa processing software, booking systems, and MS Office.
