First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE’s largest and one of the world’s safest financial institutions, is seeking a Virtual Relationship Officer to manage and grow a portfolio of 700-800 customers, focusing on non-borrowing clients. The role involves customer engagement, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring compliance with banking policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow a portfolio of 700-800 customers.

Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly & annual KPIs, including portfolio expansion, revenue generation, and cross-selling of financial products (new accounts, assets, trade, FX, and bancassurance).

Customer Engagement: Provide high-quality client onboarding and ensure compliance with KYC and due diligence.

Cross-Selling & Referrals: Promote FAB’s banking solutions, refer clients for upgrades, and increase new-to-bank referrals.

Process & Compliance: Adhere to governance, controls, and internal SOPs to maintain high audit ratings.

Learning & Development: Participate in training programs to enhance banking knowledge and customer engagement skills.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field preferred.

1-2 years of experience in banking, customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.

Experience in Commercial Banking is an advantage.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Strong interpersonal, sales, and relationship management skills.
