Job Title: VIP Guest Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a charismatic and well-connected VIP Guest Relations Manager to join a high-end, newly launched cocktail bar under a prestigious F&B group in Dubai. This is a full-time role that offers a dynamic, upscale work environment and the opportunity to work with a luxury clientele.

As the face of the venue for VIP guests and influencers, you will be responsible for ensuring world-class guest experiences, managing reservations, and maintaining long-lasting relationships that drive repeat business and maintain the bar’s elite reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring exceptional service and personalized experiences.

• Leverage your existing network of high-profile individuals, influencers, and socialites to drive footfall and guest engagement.

• Personally host and entertain guests from your own VIP database, maintaining a premium guest list and exclusive crowd.

• Oversee and coordinate all guest bookings, table reservations, and special event arrangements.

• Foster strong, long-term relationships with key clientele to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and memorable service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic nationality

• Male, aged 23 to 45 years old

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the high-end hospitality or nightlife industry

• Must possess an active and influential VIP client database

• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills

• Professional, confident, and guest-focused demeanor

Job Details:

• Location: Dubai, UAE

• Salary: Up to 22,000 AED all-inclusive (depending on experience and qualifications)

• Benefits: Includes service charge and OT pay
