Role Overview:

As the VIP Experience Manager, you’ll be the face and energy behind the bar’s elite guest experience. You’ll use your industry network to attract and retain high-net-worth individuals, ensuring an atmosphere of prestige and premium hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personally invite, host, and manage VIP clientele, influencers, and socialites.

• Utilize your existing network to drive guest attendance and brand prestige.

• Handle VIP bookings, reservations, and tailored guest experiences.

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, memorable service.

• Maintain and grow long-term guest relationships to increase loyalty and repeat visits.

• Ensure that the lounge maintains a high-profile presence in Dubai’s nightlife scene.

Candidate Requirements:

• Arabic nationality only

• Male, aged 23 to 45

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a VIP or guest relations role within the F&B, nightlife, or luxury hospitality sector

• Must have an active database of VIP guests, influencers, and HNWIs

• Charismatic, well-presented, and highly connected in the Dubai social scene

• Based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining

Salary & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 20,000 – 22,000 (based on experience)

• Other Perks: Service charge + OT pay
