The ideal candidate should combine artistic creativity with technical proficiency in design tools to deliver visually stunning and functional villa concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop villa concepts and architectural layouts for exclusive residential projects.

• Produce detailed 3D designs using SketchUp and AI design tools.

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure design vision aligns with client expectations.

• Maintain high attention to detail and artistic integrity throughout the design process.

• Present design concepts effectively through CV and portfolio submissions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proficient in SketchUp and AI-based design tools.

• Experience in residential villa or house design, including 3D modeling and layouts.

• Strong artistic and creative skills with an eye for detail.

• Portfolio showcasing past residential design projects is required.
