Outlier partners with leading companies to enhance AI models using human feedback. They are currently hiring Vietnamese Freelance Writers to support the training of generative AI models. This is a remote, freelance role with flexible working hours, ideal for experienced Vietnamese language writers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and analyze Vietnamese text to rank AI-generated responses

• Write short stories in Vietnamese based on assigned topics

• Evaluate factual accuracy of Vietnamese content produced by AI models

Preferred Qualifications & Expertise:

• Professional experience in writing (e.g., copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing)

• Background as a professional translator

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in humanities, writing, or creative writing

• Strong fluency in Vietnamese language

Compensation:

• Average pay for core project work: USD $15.00 per hour

• Rates may vary based on expertise, assessment results, project needs, and qualifications

• Higher rates may apply for advanced degrees (e.g., PhDs)

• Some projects may offer incentive bonuses

• Lower rates may apply during onboarding or non-core project phases
