Airbus Consulting is hiring a Consulting Representative for its Middle East operations under the VIE program. Based in Dubai, this role offers a unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating with international teams to deliver high-value consulting services across the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Airbus Consulting’s main contact in the Middle East and Africa region

• Identify new business opportunities and support service sales in consulting areas

• Lead or support consulting projects related to operations, strategy, maintenance, finance, and more

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver customized, effective solutions

• Coordinate ongoing missions and report progress to the Toulouse headquarters

• Build and manage strong client relationships across airlines, airports, MROs, and aviation authorities

• Ensure high-quality, timely project delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction

• Comply with regional financial goals and ethical guidelines

• Work hands-on to analyze problems, propose insights, and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Previous experience in commercial aviation, flight operations, ATM, or similar sectors

• Project management experience is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English; French proficiency is a bonus

• Highly self-driven, independent, and adaptable

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong customer focus

• Ability to work in multicultural and international environments

• Open to frequent travel and remote coordination
