Crewma, a creative and innovative media company, is currently hiring a Video Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in video production and content creation.

As a Video Specialist at Crewma, you will be responsible for producing high-quality media content, including video shoots, photography, editing, and post-production. You’ll work closely with creative teams to conceptualize, plan, and execute engaging visual content that aligns with brand objectives and resonates across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end video production, from concept development to final output

• Capture high-quality video footage and photography on location

• Edit videos using Adobe Creative Suite or similar professional editing software

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop new media content

• Ensure all media meets brand guidelines and creative standards

• Stay updated with video production trends, social media formats, and best practices

• Organize and maintain media files, project assets, and equipment

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in video production and editing

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)

• Strong skills in photography and new media creation

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and creative thinking

• Good communication and organizational skills

• Knowledge of current trends in video marketing, storytelling, and social media
