TASC Outsourcing is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Partner for the Banking Sector in Dubai. This is a 12-month outsourced contract role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and HR teams to drive successful recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and design recruitment strategies.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline via job boards, social media, and networking.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and feedback.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics, recommending process improvements.

• Collaborate with HR and department heads on workforce planning initiatives.

• Enhance employer branding through outreach and engagement activities.

• Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in Banking).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

• Knowledge of modern sourcing techniques and ATS management.

Job Details:

• Contract Duration: 12 months (outsourced role)

• Work Location: Dubai, UAE

• Salary Range: AED 22,000 – AED 27,000 per month

• Work Schedule: 6-day work week, standard hours
