We are looking for a Video & Motion Graphics Designer to craft high-impact video content tailored for digital-first audiences. This role blends video editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling, ensuring content resonates with millions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Creative Video Editing & Animation:

• Produce visually compelling video content for social media, digital ads, and on-demand video platforms.

• Design engaging motion graphics, 2D/3D animations, and dynamic visual effects.

✔ Digital-First Content Strategy:

• Adapt video content to fit digital platform trends and audience behaviors.

• Ensure content is optimized for maximum engagement across various platforms.

✔ Project Ownership & Execution:

• Manage end-to-end video production, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with the Head of Creative’s vision.

• Stay ahead of digital trends and incorporate fresh ideas into content creation.

✔ Collaboration & Brand Alignment:

• Work closely with the creative team to align on campaign concepts and brand storytelling.

• Support cross-functional teams with motion graphics and digital content needs.

Key Requirements:

🔹 Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite.
🔹 Content Creation: Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and animation tailored for digital platforms.
🔹 Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and audience preferences.
🔹 Project Management: Ability to autonomously handle projects, ensuring creative excellence.
