This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is perfect for a creative storyteller skilled in short-form video production, trend-driven content creation, and cutting-edge editing tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Create short and long-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, ads, websites, and branded displays

• Design strong hooks within the first 3 seconds to enhance viewer retention

• Stay ahead of trends, story structures, and visual innovations to bring fresh ideas to the table

• Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, D-ID) for high-impact visuals

• Collaborate with the brand, content, and social teams to refine visual content strategy

• Tailor video formats for various campaigns (UGC edits, swipe ads, cinematic reels, etc.)

• Rapidly respond to feedback and iterate on content for maximum performance

Key Skills:

• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Working knowledge of AI creative tools and prompt generation

• Strong storytelling skills, especially with pacing, emotion, and call-to-action placement

• A keen eye for brand consistency and visual aesthetics

• Open to fast-paced collaboration and critique

• Bonus: Basic 3D or interactive media skills

Performance Metrics:

• Engagement (views, likes, shares, saves)

• View retention at 3s and 10s

• Weekly/monthly content output

• Creative idea contribution

• Speed from concept to delivery

• Internal quality review (editing finesse, hook, storytelling)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Design, or Film Production

• 5+ years of video content creation experience (preferably with youth or lifestyle brands)

• Strong portfolio with short-form and storytelling projects

• Willing to relocate to Dubai
