This role involves overseeing both Primary and Secondary School operations, ensuring academic excellence, pastoral leadership, and curriculum development. The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced leader with a strong background in Dubai’s private education sector and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Leadership & School Management:

• Oversee Primary and Secondary school operations, ensuring high educational standards.
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to drive academic and pastoral excellence.
• Lead academic and assessment strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai’s educational regulatory frameworks.
• Develop and implement best pedagogical practices to enhance student outcomes.

• Ensure smooth execution of curriculum, qualifications, and student assessments.
• Support teachers and staff to deliver high-quality education.

• Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Promote collaborative and high-performing teams within the school.
• Act as a bridge between school leadership and faculty members.

Job Requirements:

📌 Experience & Skills:

• Current Vice Principal, Principal, or Senior Leadership experience in a reputable school.
• Extensive knowledge of Primary & Secondary school structures, curriculums, and assessment tracking.
• Strong pedagogical expertise with a focus on student outcomes.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to foster high-performing teams.
• Experience in Dubai-based private education and its regulatory requirements.
