Daman – National Health Insurance Company is seeking a Vice President, Integrated Medical Economics, to lead the development and implementation of departmental strategies aligned with the company’s goals. This leadership role involves managing personnel, overseeing expenditures, and driving cross-departmental performance outcomes. The Vice President will analyze medical cost utilization, identify affordability opportunities, and lead cost optimization initiatives. This includes advising on medical cost containment, creating population health programs, and managing high-impact medical initiatives. The role also involves influencing policy development, presenting to key clients, and ensuring effective implementation of strategies across departments such as Clinical, Network, and Claims.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in management roles with expertise in healthcare economics or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative, results-oriented approach
• Proficiency in data management, analysis, reporting standards, and healthcare processes
• Experience in value-based reimbursement models and population health management
• Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective organizational development skills, with clear role assignments and accountability

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
