Vet Plus Center is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of customer service experience and currently reside in Sharjah. This role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth operations at the clinic.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Greet, welcome, and direct clients professionally.
✅ Notify the Vet Team upon patient arrival and manage inquiries.
✅ Maintain an organized appointment logbook and agenda.
✅ Ensure the reception area is clean, safe, and well-managed.
✅ Support work teams by documenting and communicating actions.
✅ Assist in setting up new client profiles and maintain financial records.
✅ Monitor and replenish supplies as needed.
✅ Handle phone calls, answer customer queries, and confirm appointments.
✅ Participate in staff training and assist with additional tasks when required.

🔹 Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
🔹 Currently residing in Sharjah.
🔹 Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
🔹 Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments.
