Stryber, a leading venture builder operating across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, is hiring a Venture Manager – Consumer Goods to join its Dubai office. In this full-time, on-site role, you will lead venture building engagements for top-tier corporate clients, managing ventures from ideation to scale-up. You’ll oversee P&L responsibilities, manage sales pipelines, and collaborate with C-level stakeholders to drive strategic growth through innovative startups in the consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage a full P&L, including client acquisition and sales process management.

• Lead client engagements by guiding venture teams through Stryber’s structured venture-building process.

• Ensure seamless delivery of projects with support from venture operations teams.

• Work with corporate clients, pitching to boards and collaborating with CxOs.

• Balance entrepreneurial freedom with professional execution and accountability.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or PhD from a top university with outstanding academic performance.

• Background in top-tier strategy consulting and one of the following: startup founding, corporate innovation, or venture capital.

• Proven experience in the consumer goods industry.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

• Full-time availability with no other side commitments.
