• VentureOne, an innovation hub at the forefront of industry disruption, is hiring a Venture Building Specialist to lead the strategic and operational setup of its deep tech ventures. This full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi requires a versatile, entrepreneurial professional to help launch new ventures from concept to autonomy.

As a Venture Building Specialist, you’ll be involved in shaping the business model, go-to-market strategy, product planning, business development, and initial client acquisition. You’ll manage end-to-end incubation workstreams and collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to turn visionary ideas into thriving businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management for incubation and operational workstreams.

• Develop and execute business models, pricing, go-to-market, and launch strategies.

• Conduct in-depth competitive landscape and market analyses.

• Create financial models to guide feasibility, funding, and resource allocation.

• Craft compelling pitch decks, proposals, and reports.

• Support early-stage business development and client acquisition.

• Handle incorporation, process setup, and internal systems rollout.

• Maintain stakeholder communication and alignment across departments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in top consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or tech-focused roles (Accenture, McKinsey Digital, etc.).

• Strong understanding of advanced technologies and digital transformation.

• Proven project management skills across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Strategic mindset with a solid grasp of market positioning and growth models.

• Excellent communication and presentation development skills.

• Hands-on operational experience in launching or scaling ventures.

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven attitude with a passion for innovation and technology.
