Company Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled VAPT Manager – Banking Cybersecurity to join our UAE operations. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage VAPT activities, ensuring comprehensive security assessments across applications, networks (internal & external), and WiFi environments.
• Develop, review, and validate scripts and test cases before execution to enhance the quality assurance process.
• Oversee security operations and implement key Information Security (IS) applications, including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Security Information & Event Management (SIEM), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to strengthen network security measures and ensure compliance with banking security standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Platform-Specific Certifications (e.g., SIEM, Networking, Operating Systems).
• Industry-Recognized Security Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, SANS, ISC2, or CISO.

Experience:

• 7–10 years of experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related domains.
• Strong banking sector experience with hands-on expertise in security operations, including VAPT, SIEM, EDR, and DLP implementation.
• Solid background in network security, cybersecurity risk management, and compliance frameworks.
