Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced Van Sales Executives to drive sales of rice and cooking oil in the HORECA and supermarket segments across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales and an established client network in the foodservice industry.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Sales & Business Development

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for rice and oil products.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA and supermarket clients.

• Actively seek new business opportunities and onboard new customers.

🔹 Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvement and strategic planning.

🔹 Reporting & Documentation

• Submit timely sales reports detailing performance, client feedback, and competitor insights.

• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and order details.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 2–6 years in van sales of rice/oil products, preferably in the HORECA segment.

• Industry Network: Existing client contacts in the foodservice and retail sectors.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Sales Skills: Ability to understand client needs, present product benefits, and close deals.

• License: Valid UAE driving license (Car and fuel will be provided by the company).
