About the Role:
Join Dhofar Global’s growing team as a Van Sales Executive, where you’ll play a key role in driving product sales and customer relationships in the hygiene and FMCG industry. This on-the-ground role involves managing daily sales routes, delivering products, and promoting our brand to clients across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute planned daily van sales routes, ensuring timely delivery of hygiene products to customers.

• Build long-term relationships with clients to increase retention and repeat purchases.

• Present and promote products to drive customer awareness and maximize sales.

• Maintain stock levels and handle product loading/unloading for each route.

• Manage invoicing, payment collection, and accurate record-keeping.

• Identify new business opportunities within assigned areas and contribute to sales growth.

• Submit daily reports on sales performance, inventory status, and customer feedback.

• Adhere to company policies and ensure safety compliance during field operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in outdoor/van sales, preferably in hygiene or FMCG products.

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

• Proven sales performance and a passion for hitting targets.

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai market and local sales practices.

• Valid UAE driving license and clean driving record.

• Physically fit and capable of handling daily delivery tasks.

• Proficiency in basic math for inventory and transaction processing.
