As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Van Sales Supervisor to lead and elevate our field sales operations across the UAE.

About the Role:
As a Van Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading, recruiting, and training a team of van salesmen. You’ll drive sales performance, ensure efficient route planning, manage merchandising standards, and ensure smooth coordination between sales, logistics, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of van salesmen to meet daily distribution and sales targets

• Supervise van routes, ensuring market coverage, product availability, and timely deliveries

• Monitor team KPIs and provide coaching and support for ongoing performance improvement

• Create and implement strategic territory and route plans

• Ensure visibility and proper merchandising of products at retail outlets

• Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline product movement

• Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to meet targets

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role

• Proven experience managing van sales operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• UAE driving license is mandatory

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic sales reporting

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)
