Christian Dior Couture is seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Associate / Senior Sales Associate for its boutique at Mall of the Emirates in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with a strong background in luxury retail and customer service. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering an exceptional in-store experience while achieving sales targets and cultivating client relationships in line with Dior’s renowned standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

• Understand customer needs and offer expert product advice and support.

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals (monthly and annually).

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients using a client book.

• Support store operations including merchandising, floor moves, and display maintenance.

• Stay updated on current promotions, advertising campaigns, and brand initiatives.

• Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions.

• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and proactively develop new ones.

Required Profile & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail industry; experience in luxury retail is a strong plus.

• Excellent grooming, presentation, and communication skills.

• Deep interest in fashion and the luxury retail industry.

• Exceptional customer service mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
