Position Overview:

Valtrans Transportation Systems and Services is hiring a seasoned Valet General Manager to oversee the full spectrum of valet operations at high-profile luxury venues across Dubai. This role requires a strategic leader with strong hospitality experience, operational acumen, and a passion for service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead valet operations across multiple high-traffic venues, ensuring premium service and operational excellence.

• Develop and implement SOPs to maintain consistent service quality and operational efficiency.

• Monitor team performance and KPIs; ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and workflow.

• Enforce all safety and vehicle handling standards.

• Coordinate closely with hotel and facility departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Recruit, train, and develop valet staff with a focus on performance and guest satisfaction.

• Manage operational budgets and control expenses while optimizing service delivery.

• Resolve customer complaints and incidents in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare and present regular operational performance reports to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing valet operations, preferably in 5-star hotels or luxury hospitality.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing large teams and fast-paced environments.

• Deep knowledge of vehicle types, safety regulations, and valet logistics.

• Exceptional communication, guest service, and conflict resolution skills.

• Proficiency in reporting tools, basic budgeting, and scheduling systems.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

• Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Hospitality-related certifications or formal training is a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 20,000 to 30,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
