Al Mazroui And Partners Co. LLC (MAP) is looking for a UX Designer to join their agile development team. This role involves creating user-friendly, engaging mobile app experiences through conducting user research, designing wireframes, prototypes, and UI, and testing features to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behavior, needs, and expectations.

• Create user personas, user journeys, user stories, and user scenarios to guide the design process.

• Design wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.

• Present and communicate design concepts and rationale to the development team and stakeholders.

• Conduct usability testing and user feedback sessions to evaluate app performance and satisfaction.

• Analyze test results and user feedback, making recommendations for design improvements.

• Iterate on design solutions based on test findings and feedback.

• Ensure app design follows best practices, standards, and guidelines for UX and UI design.

• Maintain consistency with the app’s brand identity and style guide.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred).

• At least 3 years of proven experience in UX design, preferably for mobile apps.

• A portfolio of UX design projects showcasing skills and achievements.

• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.

• Knowledge of UX research methods (surveys, interviews, user testing, analytics, etc.).

• Familiarity with UX design principles such as usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.

• A passion for creating user-friendly and engaging mobile app experiences.
