Job Title: Utilities & Road Works Project Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Utilities & Road Works Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roads, utilities, and authority coordination, ensuring that all works meet regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage permits, traffic management plans, and obtain required NOCs from relevant authorities

• Oversee project mobilization, site logistics, and resource allocation

• Execute utility network works including sewer systems, stormwater drainage, HV cables, ELV cables, HDPE pipelines, irrigation networks, and protection/diversion of existing services

• Manage live-service protection/diversions to ensure uninterrupted operations

• Supervise earthworks, road layers, asphalt works, and road reinstatement

• Coordinate inspections, testing, and reinstatement works in compliance with authority specifications

• Liaise with UAE authorities such as RTA, ADM, DEWA, ADDC for smooth project execution

• Ensure timely project completion and smooth handover

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in UAE roads and utilities projects

• Strong authority interface experience with RTA, ADM, DEWA, ADDC or similar bodies

• Proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure and utility projects

• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements

• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
