We are urgently hiring a Carbon-Fibre / Fiberglass Technician for our facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite fabrication, mold making, and surface finishing, with experience in sectors like automotive, aerospace, or marine industries.

This is a hands-on technical role, requiring precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various lay-up and molding techniques to create high-quality composite components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate Carbon-Fibre and Fiberglass components using hand lay-up, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion techniques.

• Build and maintain composite molds, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface quality.

• Apply gel coats, resins, reinforcement materials, and structural layers as per project specifications.

• Prepare molds by polishing, cleaning, and applying release agents.

• De-mold, trim, and finish composite parts with high-quality surface finishing (sanding, polishing, and detailing).

• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Secondary school certificate or technical diploma in a related field.

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in composite manufacturing or repair.

• Previous experience in automotive, marine, or aerospace industries preferred.

• Proficient in handling tools for trimming, sanding, and polishing.

• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of composite materials.

• Open to all nationalities and genders.
