Key Responsibilities:

✅ Master Planning Leadership – Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
✅ Multidisciplinary Collaboration – Work closely with architects, engineers, and planners to develop innovative urban solutions.
✅ Government Approvals – Manage coordination with Dubai Municipality & Abu Dhabi authorities for project approvals.
✅ Project Reporting – Prepare and present master planning reports with clear design strategies.
✅ High-Quality Urban Solutions – Integrate infrastructure, transportation, and environmental planning into master plans.
✅ Team Leadership & Mentorship – Lead a team of urban planning professionals to ensure project success.
✅ Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements:

✔ Experience: 15+ years in urban planning, master planning, and urban design within the UAE.
✔ Approvals Expertise: Proven experience securing Dubai Municipality & Abu Dhabi planning approvals.
✔ Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop.
✔ Project Management: Exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders & large-scale projects.
✔ Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
✔ Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of Dubai & Abu Dhabi’s urban development regulations.
