Marriott International is seeking a motivated University Intern to join the Management Development Programs team at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa. This full-time internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or students to gain hands-on experience within the hospitality industry in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily operations and support various departments within the hotel

• Gain exposure to management and leadership practices through practical training and mentorship

• Participate in projects that contribute to enhancing guest experiences and operational efficiency

• Collaborate with team members across departments to understand hotel functions and business strategies

• Develop professional skills including communication, customer service, and teamwork

• Support special events and activities under the guidance of department heads

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program related to Hospitality, Business, or Management

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting

• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
