Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gain practical experience across different hotel departments, including front office, operations, and guest services.

• Assist with daily operational tasks under the guidance of department managers.

• Support team initiatives, projects, and events that enhance the guest experience.

• Observe and learn best practices in hospitality, service standards, and operational efficiency.

• Participate in training programs and development workshops to build industry knowledge.

• Maintain professionalism and adhere to Marriott’s brand standards at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or graduate students interested in hospitality, management, or related fields.
