Role Overview
We are seeking a University Intern-MEA to join our team at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa. This full-time internship provides hands-on experience in hotel operations, management development programs, and exposure to the hospitality industry’s best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily hotel operations and support various departments.

• Learn and participate in management development programs and training sessions.

• Support guest services, event coordination, and operational tasks.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

• Contribute to projects that enhance operational efficiency and service standards.

Requirements:

• Current university student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Management, or related field.

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work full-time on-site at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
