Role Overview
Marriott International is seeking a University Intern to join its team at the Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa. This full-time internship program offers hands-on exposure to hospitality operations, management development, and guest services. Interns will gain real-world industry experience and be part of a global hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily hotel operations and assist teams in providing high-quality guest services.

• Participate in management development programs tailored to hospitality and service excellence.

• Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable guest experiences.

• Learn operational standards, service culture, and leadership principles in a world-class hotel environment.

• Engage with multiple departments to gain cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (Hospitality, Business, or related fields preferred).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Passionate about hospitality, guest service, and learning in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, positive, and adaptable attitude.

• Full-time availability during the internship period.

Work Arrangement:

• Full-time, on-site internship at Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa.

• Non-management position.
