Role Overview
We are seeking a DHA Assistant Nurse to provide clinical support, assist in diabetes management, and enhance patient care through data-driven insights and digital health tools. The role focuses on patient assessments, treatment support, research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor vitals, blood glucose, and other health metrics.

• Assist physicians in consultations, medical procedures, and treatment plans.

• Administer medications and support diabetes management, including insulin administration.

• Document patient records, treatment plans, and visit summaries accurately in EMR systems.

• Collect and analyze patient health data to identify trends and support treatment adjustments.

• Assist patients in using digital health solutions and wearable devices for monitoring.

• Ensure infection control, medication safety, and compliance with DHA and JCIA standards.

• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation compliance efforts.

• Collaborate with doctors, educators, dietitians, and lifestyle coaches to provide comprehensive care.

• Educate patients on clinic programs, lifestyle interventions, and digital health integration.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• DHA License as an Assistant Nurse.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably in endocrinology, diabetes care, or chronic disease management.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).

• Experience with EMR systems, digital healthcare technologies, and wearable health devices.

• Knowledge of accreditation standards (JCIA), infection control, and patient safety protocols.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills.
