Mashreq is seeking a Universal Banker to join their Retail Banking Group in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality financial and non-financial services to existing and new customers, while maintaining risk-free transactions and upholding branch service standards. The position combines customer service, transaction handling, and sales support within the new branch model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage all non-financial transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain risk-free operations while adhering to Mashreq’s service standards.

• Support sales, service, and transaction needs of existing and new-to-bank (NTB) customers.

• Operate effectively within Mashreq’s new branch model, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail banking, customer service, or related financial roles preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and risk management awareness.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
