Bybit is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves driving innovative design initiatives, crafting user-friendly product experiences, and ensuring Bybit stays ahead in the competitive crypto and Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product design process from strategy to execution.

• Drive creative design direction with strong aesthetics and foresight.

• Conduct competitive analysis and translate findings into actionable design solutions.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful, efficient, and high-quality design work.

• Facilitate design retrospectives and develop scalable methodologies for the team.

• Stay up to date with trends in Web3, blockchain, and digital assets to keep the product innovative.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product design experience in Internet, Tech, Marketplace, Web3, Crypto, or Fintech industries.

• Strong portfolio in marketing/brand campaigns or growth-focused UX/UI projects.

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, with added experience in 3D, illustration, MidJourney, or C4D being a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage user data and feedback to improve UX.

• Prior experience in crypto, Web3, or brokerage platforms is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and project ownership skills.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is required.
