Required Qualifications & Skills

• Nationality: UAE Nationals (valid Family Book required).

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in:

  • Aviation / Air Traffic Management

  • Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Avionics, Mechatronics, Aviation Maintenance, Network Engineering)

  • Information Technology / Computer Science / Cybersecurity

  • Business Administration / HR / Finance / Economics

• Experience: Fresh graduates (0–2 years).

• Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated passion for aviation and innovation.

Dubai Air Navigation Services is responsible for managing air traffic operations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Through this initiative, dans aims to empower Emirati youth, supporting their entry into aviation and related sectors while investing in the future workforce of the UAE.
