Job Title: Tug Master – Port Operations

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely navigate and operate the tug during port operations.
• Provide towing assistance as directed by pilots or dock masters for vessel docking, undocking, berthing, and unberthing within DDW-D.
• Oversee daily maintenance and housekeeping to ensure the tug remains in optimal condition.
• Conduct regular inspections of tug equipment, including lifesaving and firefighting apparatus.
• Promptly report any operational abnormalities or equipment issues.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental regulations within the port.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid STCW Certification.
• Proven experience handling ASD Tugs or Conventional Tugs.
• Preferable experience in port operations within the Gulf region.
• Tug Master License for vessels under 500 GRT.
