LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics is seeking a Treasury & Credit Management Trainee to support its Middle East operations. This on-site internship offers hands-on experience in treasury operations, credit management, and financial reporting across multiple prestigious brands, including Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, and Benefit Cosmetics. The role provides exposure to daily cash operations, credit risk monitoring, and month-end reporting processes, while contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Assist with daily cash positioning and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare weekly credit reports highlighting overdues and risk exposure.

• Track credit card applications, cancellations, and credit limit requirements.

• Document minutes and follow up post Weekly Accounts Receivable meetings with brands.

• Ensure compliance with treasury & credit management policies and internal controls.

• Maintain documentation for audits and internal reviews.

• Support ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

Month-End Activities:

• Extract and consolidate reports from ERP and LVMH systems.

• Support the preparation of Cash Flow Forecasting and Treasury reports.

• Assist with corporate card reporting.

• Collect information for DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) calculations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

• Dynamic and proactive personality with excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Fluent in English.
