Job Title: Travel Reservation & Ticketing Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing travel bookings, issuing tickets, and delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company and industry policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservation Management:

  • Handle and process reservations for flights, hotels, and travel-related services.

  • Provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information on pricing, availability, schedules, and accommodation options.

  • Assist clients in selecting suitable travel options that align with their preferences and budget.

Ticket Issuance:

  • Issue tickets and confirmations accurately and promptly.

  • Adhere to all regulations, guidelines, and company policies during the ticketing process.

  • Manage changes, cancellations, and refunds professionally and in accordance with policies.

Customer Service:

  • Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing questions and resolving concerns.

  • Assist with booking changes, special requests, and customer support queries.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and positive client experiences.

Documentation & Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and accurate records of bookings, ticketing transactions, and customer interactions.

  • Ensure compliance with documentation standards and internal protocols.

Stay Informed:

  • Keep updated on travel trends, airline regulations, visa policies, and company guidelines.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma required; additional education in travel and tourism is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in travel reservation and ticketing (preferred).

  • Knowledge of GDS/reservation systems and ticketing platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Proficient in computer applications and travel booking tools.

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
