Evolvence Group is hiring a Travel & Logistics Manager to handle the travel and logistical needs of a High Net Worth (HNW) Family. The role involves managing travel bookings, transportation, VIP services, and visa arrangements, ensuring seamless and high-quality service. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with HNW families, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple travel and logistics activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

✈ Travel & Transportation Management

• Arrange and oversee travel plans for the family and staff, including flight bookings, ground transportation, and VIP lounge access.

• Ensure real-time tracking of travelers’ activities, bookings, and transfers for a smooth experience.

• Maintain up-to-date restaurant and activity reservations for the family.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and restaurants.

🛂 Visa & Documentation

• Handle visa applications for multiple embassies, especially in Europe.

• Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all travel bookings and visa processes.

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and confidentiality of all travel-related documentation.

📦 Logistics & Shipment Coordination

• Manage shipment arrangements and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.

• Verify orders and shipping documents for compliance.

• Plan travel routes and assign drivers as needed.

🛠 Additional Administrative Support

• Provide additional administrative assistance as required.

• Ensure high standards of flexibility, confidentiality, and responsiveness in all tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✔ Education: College Degree.
✔ Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in administration, logistics, and travel services.

• Previous experience managing travel for HNW families is mandatory.
  ✔ Skills & Competencies:

• Established connections with vendors/service providers.

• Fluency in English (Arabic & French are a plus).

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Proactive, solution-oriented approach with high confidentiality.
