Abdulla Al Masaood and Sons Group (AMS Group) is hiring a Travel Consultant to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role involves assisting clients with end-to-end travel arrangements, ensuring personalized itineraries, expert guidance, and outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, proficiency in travel booking systems, and the ability to meet sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to identify travel preferences, budgets, and special requirements.

• Plan and organize complete itineraries including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Book and issue tickets, manage reservations, and process payments efficiently.

• Customize travel packages to meet client needs and budgets.

• Stay updated on visa requirements, customs, travel trends, and destination details.

• Provide responsive support before, during, and after trips to ensure client satisfaction.

• Promote travel packages, special offers, and upsell additional services to meet sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

• Process UAE and international visa applications.

• Maintain accurate booking records, sales reports, and client information.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the travel industry.

• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.

• Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and Microsoft Office.

• Sales and negotiation skills with a target-driven approach.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple travel bookings simultaneously.

• Problem-solving abilities to quickly resolve travel-related issues.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Additional certifications (e.g., IATA).

• Experience with both corporate and leisure travel.

• Marketing and promotional design experience.

• Knowledge of international travel trends and emerging destinations.

• Fluency in multiple languages.
