Skyway Global Travel DMCC is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join its on-site team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of travel planning, from advising clients on the best travel options to booking flights, hotels, and tour packages. This role demands excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and expertise in managing travel arrangements to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert travel consulting services to individual and corporate clients.

• Book flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel services.

• Manage travel reservations and ensure accuracy of bookings.

• Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, and deals.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

• Utilize travel booking systems and software efficiently.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destinations, and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in travel consulting, travel management, and reservations.

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficiency in travel software and booking systems.

• Ability to manage multiple bookings and tasks efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
