Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

• Provide expert advice on destinations, travel packages, and itinerary options.

• Plan and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours.

• Manage and confirm reservations using booking systems.

• Ensure timely communication and resolution of client queries.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the travel process.

• Maintain knowledge of travel regulations, offers, and seasonal promotions.
