Explorer Shack is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Travel Advisor to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position dedicated to providing exceptional travel services to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.

• Offer expert advice on destinations, travel insurance, and visa requirements.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and personalized service.

• Handle inquiries and resolve customer concerns professionally.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, promotions, and regulations.

• Use travel-related software and booking platforms to manage reservations efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven customer service and client satisfaction skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Experience in travel arrangements and working in a travel agency environment.

• Proficiency with booking platforms and travel management systems.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).

• Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry is advantageous.
