As a Training Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for the Property Inside Sales team. You will oversee new hire training, employee onboarding, ongoing sales training, technical and product knowledge sessions, policy refreshers, and post-training interventions to ensure continuous learning and performance improvement. This role is ideal for a learning and development professional passionate about driving employee success through structured and impactful training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive training plan aligned with business objectives.

• Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and priorities.

• Develop engaging training modules covering technical and behavioural competencies.

• Administer quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks to evaluate learning impact.

• Manage onboarding programs for commercial and support employees.

• Conduct interactive training sessions for both local and remote employees.

• Oversee LMS users and groups to ensure access to training resources.

• Track and report training effectiveness, employee progress, and impact on business goals.

• Collaborate with business heads and stakeholders to optimize learning solutions.

• Provide system and process training to support seamless technology adoption.

• Partner with Sales Effectiveness, BI, and Marketing teams for targeted training initiatives.

• Contribute to strategic projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar training role.

• Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and CRM platforms.

• Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editing skills.

• Ability to design engaging training content and assess learning outcomes.

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
